Flipkart - Refund not Processed Flipkart is a thief

I have booked a flight in March ** for travel in April ** with spicejet through flipkart travel. Unfortunately, the flight is cancelled and the amount was made available on credit shell of spicejet. I can use this credit shell for travel before ** Feb **. Now the irony is, i have to call flipkart travel for making any booking by using the credit shell amount.

I asked flipkart travel to book a flight ticket of * Jan **. I have paid rescheduling charges of rs **** (by making * payments of rs **** and ***) on **th Dec **. But the ticket was not confirmed and i was told by flipkart travel the rescheduling charges will be refunded to me. I have called them infinite number of times to know the status of the refund. Everytime i call a new incident is raised and they ask for * days time but nothing happens. They just tell that they have escalated the issue and it will be resolved in * days. those * days haven't come yet.
