I enrolled with ODA Classes and paid a total amount of ₹**,***. As per their stated refund policy, the refund period is ** days.
Despite this, it has now been *** days, and my refund has still not been processed. I have followed up multiple times through email, but every response from the company only asks for more time without providing any concrete resolution or timeline.
The company was very proactive in collecting the course fees, including repeated follow-ups for payment. However, when it comes to refunding my money, they have shown complete negligence and lack of accountability.
I have already waited ** days beyond their promised refund timeline, which has caused me financial stress and mental harassment. Repeated excuses such as “internal processing” and “batch-wise handling” have been provided, but no action has been taken.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
