International klm flight booked from Netherlands to India before pandemic via makemytrip. Flight cancelled by airline due to pandemic in March. Klm stated to initiate refund process via makemytrip which was done in September ****. Till now makemytrip has not refunded any amount whereas klm said they have already provided refund to makemytrip. Its been * months and I dont have money. Mmt is not replying and not refunding back total amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
