I have booked * flight tickets through Makemytrip
Destination: Germany
Date of Travel : **/**/****
Out of which one ticket was cancelled on **/**/**** . Total amount to be refund is Rs.*****. Ticket has been raised in MakeMyTrip and reference number ********** is created for the request of Refund. current status of ticket is "pending for approval" which stays with the same status since the time the ticket was created . There is no proper response from the company and they delay the process of refund even after lot of follow up's through phone. Also it is very difficult to reach them every time to enquire about which certainly tests our patience. Please help us in resolving the same.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
