PLANET SPARK - Refund not processed after cancellation

Dear Sir,

I Rengarajaswamy (Father of Master Aarush Aged below * years), has enrolled in planet spark on **/**/**** and made the payment of Rs.***** the same day (as I was not given time for deciding when asked). After finding that it's not suitable for kid under * years, immediately u raised a mail request regarding refund of my full amount. But they never responded.

Whe i sent a mail regarding refund, they called and asked to atten minimum of * classes for refund procedure. But after attending * classes, my mail was made to duplicate entry and no one is attending.

I cannot force my son who cannot understand even or mother tongue, to sit and learn online classes for an hour daily. We have attended * classes and my son is not in a position to attend the classes. He is getting mental pressure and have sleepless nights due to this. So we stopped after taking * classes due to compulsion.

Now they say that the money can't be refunded.

We are losing ***** and I am the only income person in my family of * members.

Kindly resolve the problem and get back the refund amount in full please. You are out last resort.
