Goibibio and GoAIR - Refund not processed

The trip was partially cancelled (BOM-DEL) due to schedule change by the Airline by directly contacting the Airline.
The refund was initiated by GoAir on August *th, **** but Goibibo is yet to process the refund as on September *th, ****
