Goibibio and GoAIR - Flight Cancellation not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a return ticket from Bombay to Male (*th July) and return Male to Bombay (**th July) from Goibibo. The onward ticket was of Vistara and the return was for GoFirst. Booking ID GOFLIMTAND**ECA********* On **th June,****, I canceled my ticket Male - Bombay from Go first by directly talking to the airlines (PNR-W*PNUC.). GoFirst initiated a refund of Rs ***** (PFA Proof) on the same day which was received by Goibibo on **th June ****. Goibibo confirmed that the amount is received. (PFA proof of screenshot on my app). They gave a breakup of the refund wherein the total amount paid was Rs *****, Total deductions for cancellation Rs **** (including Goibibo convenience fee of Rs ****). The total refund as per their calculation that was supposed to be credited to my wallet was Rs *****. (PFA proof of screenshot on my app.)
Now, it says that Rs ***** could not be processed to the wallet due to a technical issue. (This message was shown on **th June ****). The amount is still not credited to my wallet. (PFA Screenshot of wallet as proof) After **th June, I have been calling their customer support repeatedly. I have made more than ** calls to their customer support team and sent multiple mails to resolve the issue. First they said, it will be resolved in ** hours. After ** hours they said it will take another ** hours. After that they said it will take around ** more days. After that they said it will take another *-* days to resolve the issue. After that they connected me to the refund department who said, we have taken your issue on top most priority and will resolve the issue in next *-* days. It's been sitting in the refund department for the last *.* months. Overall, this has been going on and on and they couldn't fix a small technical glitche in the last *.* months. Honestly, I am from tech background and I know that this small technical glitche doesn't even take a day to fix. I seriously doubt they have any intention of returning the money. Everytime I talk to them they give me the same answer that our backend tech team is working on it. I even talked with their supervisor in refund department Suraj Dutta who agreed that it shouldn't take that long and will look into it. But it's been more than * months since I have heard back from him. He is neither replying to my mails (PFA gmail mail thread as proof). On the other hand, I had taken a loan from Zest Money to make the payment to this ticket. Ideally, the money should directly be refunded to Zest Money by Goibibo after cancellation. But Zest money is repeatedly calling and bothering me. They have also charged with heavy penalty for delaying the payment. I have repaid all their loans except this one because this will be refunded by Goibibo. So, I am getting bothered by Zest money customer support and also my CIBIL score is decreasing because Goibibo have delayed the payment.
I would want your help to get a refund from Goibibo which can be refunded directly to Zest money and also compensate for the delay by waiving off the convenience fees so that I can pay the late fees of Zest money. Ideally they should refund a total of Rs ***** + **** = Rs ***** which should be directly paid back to Zest Money.
