Hi, I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Varanasi & made changes to the ticket through GoAir airline, due to certain circumstances the Airline has cancelled the flight & i asked them to refund the amount as it was cancelled by Airline itself , they said that they will transfer the refund to goibibo and I will have to reach out to you. I reached out to goibibo as well but it's been * weeks still i have not received my refund yet.
