Booked two tickets from Mumbai to Nairobi on emirates through Cleartrip, during the pandemic our flight were rescheduled, hence I asked for refund, I have received refund for one of the tickets but the other one they have not even bothered to inform the airline to cancel. When I spoke to emirates that said that they can only process refund if Cleartrip let’s them know. There is no telephone contact any more for any enquires and they ask you to email, which has automated replies. How to resolve this issue. I have email proof from Cleartrip saying they have cancelled the ticket but they haven’t informed emirates. Who to get in touch with to take this matter further?
