I have booked a ticket (Booking Id : AS**********) from Vijayawada to Bangalore on **th of May **** through Abhibus for the Journey on **th May ****. The service has been cancelled and the ticket cancellation happened on **th of May ****. However, I haven't received my refund amount of Rs. ****.** yet. I have called Abhibus Customer care and raised complaint several times. I have even registered complaint regarding this on Abhibus Website. No one is responding properly. I have sent email with all the details to support@abhibus.com. Still no response.
The service and response is pathetic.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
