Devi janapareddy filed complaint against Brand factory online shopping on Aug 23, 2019
I have placed an order on *nd August of worth ****/- and it was still in order shipped status only . I contacted customer service multiple times on this issue, saying I don’t want this order please refund my amount . Then they assured me from * weeks onwards but still there is no resolution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
