I placed an order of ₹*** on smytten in the month on January and the package was a prepaid order. The package was supposed to arrive within * days but later it got delayed and further it updated to delivery rejected even though I didn't receive any calls or any emails or texts from smytten regarding my order and got cancelled out of nowhere. I thought okay I want my money back so I applied for refund it mentioned only ₹*** can be refunded I understand that I waited but no response I sent them around * emails within January to February but they did not care to response even if they did they just mentioned about raising a ticket. Right now it is March I still haven't received my refund.
