I booked a room through Oyo website as soon as I reached there receptionist said there are no rooms available I called Oyo customer care he sent me to other hotel making payment of that hotel again.
I called Oyo services again for refund of the first hotel they said refund is initiated and u will get it in ** days but I didn't get since ** days
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
