OYO ROOMS and HOTELS - Money credited but denied by OYO

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings

The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a hotel in Nainital through OYO on *nd July **** after paying **% advance but on the next day I received messages that on account of not paying money our booking is not confirmed. After calling OYO CUSTOMER CARE several times, they told us that no booking amount is received from my side though I have the evidence of GOOGLE PAY HISTORY where transaction is shown as completed. After that I booked another hotel by physical visiting Nainital. OYO told me that my money is not credited to their account and will be returned by to my account in a week but today when I called GOOGLE PAY CUSTOMER CARE, they told me that your payment was successful and credited to OYO successfully. Therefor I want to lodge a complaint against FRAUD committed by OYO on me by taking my money and not confirming booking by saying that no money is received and pay money again. So I request you to please help me out in this issue as there are several other customers who are cheated in the same fashion by OYO HOTELS and this is their way of earning and cheating us with our HARD EARNED MONEY. Even in that tension of loosing my money we also got an accident near Nainital which cost us around Rs.**,***. So please cooperate and help me in this issue.

I want OYO HOTELS to return back my money along with the repair cost of our car and accept their fraud otherwise I will make this circulate all over the SOCIAL MEDIA and will make this VIRAL which will convert this Rs *****-***** of mine into Crores of loss of OYO hotels.
