I have ordered for aqua guard neo water purifier on ** th dec **** and they have not delivered the same to me till date.. and I requested for a refund . No update. And Ceo level escaltion also I made.they are sending the same copy paste email . I lost hope in getting my money back because this the common issue with all reliance digital customers . I realised very late. This is a clear harrasement and cheating . Please help me in getting my money or componsation . Its already a month now
