Respected Madam/Sir,
I have booked an vistara airline ticket on PAYTM on **.**.**** for travel date on **.**.**** of amount of Rs. ****.** which was later cancelled considering locked down situation. My Booking Id is ***********. I have applied for refund on **.**.**** on which paytm was initial reluctant to pay whole amount later i confirmed from vistara about my refund on which i got reply from vistara airlines that as per government guidelines, I am eligible for full amount. I have communicated the same to Paytm since then paytm is not replying to my mails neither they are replying on help portal. Paytm is not refunding my refund amount. when contacted through call on their helpline number which is ***********, they every time say the same thing that my issue has been escalated to their senior department but i haven't got any communication regarding my refund from paytm.
I request you to take serious action against them and provide proper resolution of refunding my whole amount along with the compensation amount for blocking my money during this pandemic situation.
