Riti Srivastava filed complaint against Amazon on Oct 11, 2021
Hi Team,
I recently purchased a luminous battery and inverter from Amazon site and received the item but, it's too huge and I live in a small * bedroom house, which cannot accommodate such a huge set up.
I did try to place a request for return on the website today but, wasn't finding right options so, I decided to rather call their customer service and spoke with three people, of which two specialists disconnected the call on me named Sapna and the escalation desk agent named Abhinav, pretending that they couldn't hear me or it was network issue but, I assure you that this was deliberate as, I was begging for help and requesting to help me as a one time exception.
I have been a very long standing customer with their reputed firm and buy every electronic good from them like my recent phone worth **k or the geyser, oven etc. due to my trust and faith with the brand but, my experience this time is too bitter as, no one is really understanding my plea as, a consumer, whose half month salary is stuck here due to this UPS I bought in error.
I realise that I shouldve checked the terms and conditions but, since I've been always buying from them for years together and my faith in them as a merchant, made me not bother to waste time as, I've never come across a situation like this before.
I'm begging you to come forward and help me as, I'm just a basic working person and this is my half month salary, which is stuck since, I cannot install this product because it's too big for my little rental place.
I've got immense faith in our judiciary system and trust that you will do your due justice to help a customer, incase they make a human error like this and they shouldnt be hanging up phone's on customer's faces and being non appreciative of the business, even a small time working woman like me provides to their firm. They are a giant firm and I look forward to your support in this critical situation I'm stuck in. Please help me as, I cannot stand with such financial loss please.
