Wildcraft - Refund not made

I had ordered one jacket from wildcraft website on **th Jan, ****. On receipt of jacket, i raised one return request. However, neither the item was picked up nor did i got any refund of the amount paid by me i.e. INR ****. I raised complain on this issue with wildcraft customer care twice on call, and thrice through email. However till date no action has been taken on my complain. I request for strict action against the company. I also need compensation of INR ***** for this mental harassment done by the company.
