Make my trip - Refund not made

This is in regard to refund request for the PNR TE*KTB and QN*PGQ.

We have initially booked the ticket from UDR to DXB on **th Dec **** and return on **th January **** but due to personal reasons, we have rescheduled our flight with the airline Indigo. So the new itenary was from UDR to DXB on **th January **** via Hyderabad and return on *th February ****.
However the airline Indigo cancelled the flight of *th February and gave us flight that was taking more than ** hours. So we cancelled the tickets with airline and airline has processed the refund amount without deducting any charges.
Also I have called the airline and they have confirmed that they have sent the money to MMT on **/*/****.
But due to some reasons at your end, I have not received any refund yet in the bank account.
