PayTM - Refund not made by Paytm for flight tickets

I have booked flight tickets to srinagar at the time of independence, due to curfew there in kashmir, indigo has said they will refund you back the full amount on cancellation. I have cancelled my tickets. Indigo has refunded the amount to paytm long time back as i have booked tickets from paytm. But paytm has refunded the half amount deducting the cancellation charges. After contacting Indigo they said they have iniated the full refund and asked to talk to paytm. I have raised complaint in paytm several times, they said every time it will just take * days to get your full money back. But it's been ** days till now i have not received any amount from paytm. Every time i speak to their customer representative, they only say they are working in it and don't give any updates on this. I don't know when their * days of commitment will be over. It is really a bad experience from paytm, i am really pissed off. I want some action should be taken in this regard. They just make their customers fool.
