I had bought air ticket through easemytrip in qatar airways for travel to Chennai to US Washington for travel on **-Mar-****, due to covid the flight got cancelled. Despite following up with them **+ times in email, phones, whatsapp.. i always got response as pending with Airline.. They asked me to send a NOC form which i had shared *-* times.. then one fine day got a mail, that signature is not matching.. Meanwhile I had a friend who was working for Qatar airways last year.. he arranged a travel voucher.. but that has expired.. Now when I call Qatar Airways, they say easemytrip has to raise request for voucher.. easemytrip says Qatarairways is not refunding.. I have to travel to US this year, so I need refund or atleast voucher
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
