I paid for an order valued ₹*** via upi. The app showed "payment failed" but amount got deducted. So I tried again and same thing happened again. Amount got deducted twice. Then again I put the payment mode to "Pay on delivery" and paid cash on recieving the order. So technically I paid *x the amount of the order. This happened on *nd Dec ****. After raising millions of requests and constanly following up, I got ₹*** on **th Dec., but I should ₹*** more. The customer service is really awful. They hace wasted lot of time of mine. I have to constantly follow up and tell the same story from start each time.
