I took an ola ride to Bangalore airport from Ranka Colony (About ** KMS away from airport) along with my parents early in the morning at around * AM. The cab tire got punctured and we had to stop mid way. It was raining as well. I have contacted ola customer support and all they had to say was they will give a refund and they will be able to pay the bill only after I clear the due for that trip. Nothing about arranging another cab to reach to the airport. Luckily we managed to get an uber ride.
I have been following non stop and in fact stopped using Ola as I have never received this refund. I was charged fully for the fare when it was their fault completely to stop me and my family mid way to the airport when it was raining. I clearly mentioned this to them but they said that I was already in the vicinity of the airport and they won't be issuing the refund. When I have shown them the location from where I picked an Uber, they started saying that I have availed max number of refunds. I am at a point where I am completely vexed looking at their lame responses and uninstalled Ola.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
