Heer filed complaint against Tata Cliq on May 8, 2021
Hello Tata cliq representative.
This is regarding the Order ID Apple iPhone ** (***GB) - Green. The product was placed on Mar. **, **** and received on Mar. **, ****.
Within a day on Mar. **, ****, The product was requested for the refund due to a warming issue with apple iphone ** green. I received an email from Sujit (Electronic Returns Team) on **th march ****, regarding the refund process. He requested me to send the Job sheet provided by the Apple store. After going to the apple store, the apple store mentioned that iphone was warming but due to their protocol they were unable to mention the temperature.
After providing the letter issued from the apple store, I had received another email on **th march from Sudakshina (Electronic Returns Team) regarding providing images of box, iphone, Order invoice I had submitted all the required documents.
On **th march, I had received the email regarding 'Return Request of your Apple iPhone ** (***GB) - Green is initiated' from tatacliq.
Ashish (Electronic Returns Team) mailed that return request had been provied **/**/****
The iphone was collected by Blue dart. According to its tracking number shows that the items was reached to its destination on *rd April.
After calling *-* at the customer call centre, customer call representative stated that the refund will be isussed with *-* working days. Its almost * month still I have't recevied the refund for the product. Your service is really frustating. If you were unable to provide the refund, you should't have accepted the return request. As return request was excepted, the refund should be intiated as soon as the product reaches the seller.
Ticket no.*******, where the complain was regestered, TATA CLiQ Care stated We are extremely sorry to inform you that there has been further delay in providing resolution to your complaint. How long will it take its more than a month
I am not going to accept my product if it is returned back to me, since the product was with you more than a month. I don't know what would you had done with it.
I requested you to issue the refund as soon as of the product Order ID Apple iPhone ** (***GB) - Green. Your refund process is really frustating, or else I have to go for consumer court.
