I ordered a Philips Trimmer from Myntra. On receiving the product it was totally damaged, torn and ripped. Till then I had made the payment but still I asked the delievery boy that I wont take this order. Since I had already paid the delievery boy asked me to put a return request and he will take the order now only. I did the same but now Myntra is giving fake excuses that they haven't received the product. I want my refund. They took my money and didn't even give me the product. Worst Company ever.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
