I had ordered a leather bag worth **k. But instead I received a completely different product. It was a purse worth *k belonging to someone else. It had a bill with a another person's name with a completely different address. Myntra rejected the return, claiming they didn't make any mistake. Spent weeks time and mental energy trying to fix this issue, but Myntra didn't resolve this issue
