I have booked a spice jet ticket from Dubai to Jaipur, however the flight was cancelled by SpiceJet and I have requested a refund around the **th July.
However I have not received the refund yet and when I had word with spicejet executives, I have been informed that it's in process and may take upto ** days and I need to follow up again.
Its been more than * months and no refund is granted
Also I have written an email to the refund on the email address, however no response from there as well.
