Make My Trip - Refund not issued by MMT

Hi MMT team,

This email is regarding the booking ID, NF**************. My flight is scheduled for *th June, from Delhi to Kochi. Though the flight seems right on time as of now however because of the following reason I cannot travel.

I was traveling from Himachal to Delhi on the same day using the booking ID, NF**************. The spice jet carrier has canceled the flight.
And there are restrictions in my city, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh because of ongoing extended lockdown.
As I was going to Kochi on the *th of June, but Kerala State has also extended the lockdown till *th June.
All of my Hotels/Home Stays have banned and canceled the booking till the lockdown.
I have reached out to Air India and MMT using customer care calls but I have not got the proper answer. The only answer I am getting is, the full refund is not possible because the flight is on time. If you can see I have booked the tickets prior to the second wave of the covid-**. If I would have known about the forthcoming pandemic, I might have not booked the flights or booked with a full refund cancellation policy.

In the situations like this everybody would expect to take care of each other. This money is hard-earned money and now canceling the ticket is costing me around *.*k and the ticket cost was around *k.

Being a long-time customer of MMT, I would urge you to provide me a full refund of the ticket.
