Hello Team,
I've booked ticket last year from Mumbai to Lucknow via MMT. I've paid **** rs. my flight was cancelled due to covid situation.
Now I got an email from airlines that they have initiated my refund but when I tried to get details on MMT it show your refund coud not b processed. It's really unacceptable.
I can't talk to him just because they have not provided any number.
Please help..
