Bookmyshow - Refund not issued after written promise

I book a ticket for Newton on **th Sep, *:** pm show Cinepolis: Acropolis Mall, Kolkata (AUDI *)
Kolkata. I did not receive any confirmation of booking even after amount being deducted. I has to book another ticket. I got the confirmation of first ticket after * days on *nd Oct. What am I going to do which a ticket of **th Sep on *nd Oct. I called and mailed frequently. Earlier they said that we do not refund since we are just ticket aggregators, but the actual mistake was in by BookMyShow only since they sent confirmation after * days. But then they agreed to refund the amount in ** days. After ** days, no reund in account. I again called and mail, they said we will do in in * week. But again no refund after * week. This process has been repeating since last * months but even after calling and mailing since last * months, I have not gotten my money back. It is such a harassment. And I have a written mail where they agreed for refund. It is not about money but about fraudulent. I will not stop calling an mailing and file a court case even if I have to spend thousands on this. I will post online and keep doing it and will show them the power of consumer in today's online world if my amount is not refunded.
