Bookmyshow - Ticket Cancellation due to Cyclone Red Alert in Chennai OMR

Kindly help with the below issue, as it's totally flooded in Chennai OMR location and not able to commute to theatres with kids in this cyclone situation. Also it's a Red alert given in OMR.
The booked tickets for Moana * on **th Nov were not cancelled even after requesting multiple times. The tickets was booked through Amazon app (Bookmyshow platform) Attached the tickets.
Also there has been an announcement stating the government has closed the theatres.
Please help
