I decided to book Vir Das' upcoming event on **th in Delhi.
*. I went to https://www.virdas.in/tour and selected "**TH | Delhi | Sirifort Auditorium
(EARLY SHOW ADDED - *pm)" and got redirected to bookMyShow
*. I proceeded to book the seats. Got no page to select the location. So, I assumed it was for Delhi as my selected location is Delhi, and the page I got redirected from said Delhi too.
*. Received the confirmation and it says it's for Jaipur.
But I never wanted to book the show for Jaipur.
I'm in Delhi and I want to see the event in Delhi.
And there's no option to cancel and rebook the event in Delhi. And I don't even see the page for Delhi bookings.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
