I booked * tickets for Papon show in the early bird category for VIP which they conveniently changed to “Early Bird Fanzone” over mail.
Now I got a message saying that they have changed my ticket to Platinum zone.
When contacted their customer care, they refuse any help and didn’t even offer refund.
This is clearly wrong display of information and they got me into paying me higher for a zone that became cheaper.
