I had ordered * products using the Jiomart Android app. Out of * * got damaged and was taken away by the delivery boy. He told me that a refund would be initiated but it has been more than ** hours and I haven't received any refund from Jiomart. I have all the pieces of evidence and transaction details. I also ping the jiomart support on Twitter but they are not willing to respond.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
