Easemytrip.com - Refund not issued

I had purchased a flight ticket from easemytrip on ** april. The airline cancelled this ticket and told me that full refund will be issued for this ticket however the request should come from travel agent since this ticket is booked on easemytrip.com. After repeated follow up with easemytrip, i have still not received the refund. When i contact the airline, they say that the ticket is still open status and they have not received any request from the travel agent for refund. The airline is also asking for refund application number to expedite the process which the travel agent is not sharing with me. Repeated follow up with travel agent is not helping to expedite the issue. Since this is a very big amount, kindly assist in the same. i have attached communication with airline on twitter where they say i will get full refund all though asking me to co-ordinate with travel agent. The airline representatives have agreed for the same via calls many times, but also said that they cannot assist if they dont see a request from travel agent or a refund application number.
