hi, I returned my oneplus earbuds and i did not get refund yet from amazon , i talked to the customer care and they are saying they got the wrong product so, they can not refund my amount. but this is wrong i returned the same product that i got * day before and when the delivery guy came for pickup he already checked the serial number properly so how can say that they got wrong product when the pickup guy checked the item. this is not my fault, i returned the right product. so please they should refund my money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
