I booked the hotel from Oyo. When I reached the property they said there is no room available, I called Oyo and they also said they don't have any property nearby that location. I reached there in night with my family and i wasn't having any property to stay due to the issues of bad management of OYO. They told me that they will refund it in *-** days. It is ** days from that date and still refund not issued by them. I called them * times. They always told me that they'll call me back and didn't also get call from them. They are holding my almost **, *** RS. For like half of month. They have wasted my almost *-* hours for this thing. Please do the needful.
