This is for my order number NYK-********-*******, i have bought a M.A.C lipstick for my wife. However, they have delivered a different product then what is shown in their order description image. I have initiated return immediately without using the product. I have the tag, invoice everything with me, still they have rejected my return twice without describing any reason. I am highly disappointed with the service. This is a cheat they are doing with the customers. I will never ever buy anything from nykaa again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I ordered a Charlotte tilbury product from nykaa and received entirely different product. When I asked for replacement. They rejected it.
