I have booked the flight ticket of Go Air Date of Journey was **.**.**** from Bangalore to Ranchi via Patna PNR No. H**GFV. Flight No. G****. Booking References G*/H**GFV. Flight was cancelled by Airline company and till yet they have not initiate my refund. After tried several times to contact with customer care one day they received my call and after all conversation finally they said we don't refund the money and the PNR is booked for * year and the same person has to travel within * year from the date of booking. Sir/Ma'am I want my refund in this crucial time why they kept my money with Airline although flight was cancelled from Airline company not from my side. I have not taken any services from Go Airline Company. So I want my money back.
