Go Airlines ( India) - Flight refund

*. I had booked Goair flight from Delhi to Jammu and back.I took my flight go air G* *** on ** Nov from Delhi. however as during scheduled halt at Srinagar there was technical fault in the aircraft.
*. I had to attend an important event in Jammu on ** Nov. Inspite of me repeatedly requesting them to arrange for my move to Jammu by another aircraft or by road.But as per Srinagar ground staff we were to be transferred back to Delhi for further action.
*. As we moved out from Srinagar by **** by another aircraft to Delhi and reached by **** hrs.As per Delhi staff we couldn't we moved to Jammu before next day morning (** Nov).
*. As I was required to reach Jammu before **** hrs . Accordingly I had requested for full refund of flight payment of RS ****.As it was of no use to go to Jammu as well my return flight from Jammu to Delhi was scheduled at **** hrs in ** Nov.So accordingly it was no feasible for me to go to jammu on ** Nov morning and return immediately.The flight was cancelled from Srinagar to Jammu by airline and no other arrangements were done for my very important event which I was to attend.It has caused serious financial loss to me.
*. At customer care counter at Delhi I was assured by counter satff that complete money will be refunded to my account within next *-* days.You can clearly see attached ticket which was signed by go air Delhi ground staff as full refund. However till date no confirmation or amount has been refunded to my account.
