Go Airlines ( India) - Go air has taken my money and saying tickets canceled due to non payment without any intimation

I had booked my air tickets with Go air from Hyderabad to Lucknow on sep ** ** for the travel on date ** ** ** with my infant son.
To which am attaching the tax invoice by go air, the statement from my bank and the ticket which says payment on hold.
To note that I am here in Hyderabad with my infant son waiting to travel tomorrow morning and when I check my ticket status the customer care executives are saying that my tickets are cancelled due to non payment and my money would be refunded after * working days.
To bring to your notice that I have received the tax invoice from the go air which am attaching here with but they are still refusing the payment. I have still not received any intimation in writing from them yet that my tickets have been canceled. All they are asking me to rebook my tickets on a higher price without even refunding my money. Now I don’t have this kind of money with me to rebook the tickets again and that too on a higher price.. this situation is causing severe mental distress to me and my infant son.. now am stuck in a different city without any intimation from them that they have canceled my tickets.. they are neither helping me rebook my tickets on the same price or even giving me the credit for the same.. and neither I have received any official e mail that my tickets are canceled. Am alone in a different city with my infant son and don’t really know how to manage this situation. Please help.
