This has reference to the title of complaint; I wish to inform you that I have booked a ticket on ** Mar ****. But due to COVID-** flight was cancelled & I have not traveled.
I have regular followup for ** July **** to till date on Go air support email id feedback@goair.in & Customer care No. **** **** *** but not got any response.
So, I request to kindly help me.
