I booked two tickets with the reference number ************* on **th july.
On **th July the Airlines cancelled the flight. I cancelled the tickets at Airlines portal first then in Yatra. I didn't get any option while cancelling my ticket. * days have pased, I see no refund has been initiated by Yatra. They don't responds to my email nor do I can reach them via phone.
Their portal offer no help. They just ask me to claim refunds but I get no option to do the same.
Plz help. I need to go home. I need that money urgently.
