Arisha Siddiqui filed complaint against Bata India Ltd on Jul 5, 2022
Made a purchase on Bata site for ***.* on **th June via Paytm. Bata denied receiving the amount . Coordinated with Paytm, CCavenues and Yes Bank, all of them confirmed that the transaction was successful and the amount has been transferred to Bata. Even after providing evidence, Bata is not initiating refund. Please help.
