Paul Mathai filed complaint against Flipkart on Jan 16, 2022
I ordered a TV from flipkart on * Oct ****. I received it on ** Oct ****. It was installed on ** Oct ****. The product seemed fine initially but soon started giving display issues.
After discussing with customer executives at flipkart, I decided to request for a replacement.
On Jan *rd the replacement arrived. But it was also found to be defective. I requested the team that delivered the defective replacement to take back not just the original TV but the defective replacement as well. They took back both the original TV and the replacement which they had brought.
I requested a full refund to which they agreed.
I waited but didn’t get any sms or mail assuring me that my refund would be processed. I started making calls to flipkart. They kept reassuring that I would get the entire amount refunded.

It is INCORRECTLY shown as RETURN CANCELLED.
The return of * television sets (original and replacement) have taken place on Jan *rd ****.
On ** Jan ****, a flipkart executive named Mandira Bhattacharjee gave me a call and categorically told me the following
*) An SMS was sent to me on *rd Jan **** saying that I have returned both the original TV and its replacement. (In reality I have received NO SUCH MESSAGE)
*) She categorically said that without that SMS/mail, I WOULD NOT GET MY REFUND.
This is my current predicament. I have lost my money. Both TV sets have been returned. They say that I have cancelled the return which is not true (however, that is how it is shown on my flipkart page).
Please help me.
