Neeraj Iyer filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 21, 2021
I cancelled by tickets I booked from Flipkart on **th September **** from Kochi to Bangalore. The flight was on **st September. The partial refund was showing around ****+ each ticket which amounts to ****₹ for two tickets. I approached Flipkart for not getting the refund after ** days. However they told me that it was a system issue and asked me to wait for another few days. Later few days I called Flipkart again and checked the refund status and I was shocked that they were clueless about my money. The representative from Flipkart advised me to get in touch with the airlines (Air India in my case). I called the airline and explained the same. The airlines executive was so rude and so inefficient that he told me " Sir hum to ticket/seats agent ko bechte hai refund ke bare me aap agent se puchiye"
Again I reached out to Flipkart and told them that airlines are helpless and they're saying the above mentioned. Upon this first action was taken by Flipkart ( This was around November **th ****). Flipkart, for the first time contacted Air India and filed a Refund Application ( attached as an evidence) from that day till now whenever I contact either of this party, I'm not provided any solution. Airlines keeps on promising some false date. Where, Flipkart stopped replying to my emails.
Note: Passenger name is Neeraj Iyer and Fathima PA. I booked two tickets.
