Yatra - Refund not initiated

I had booked a ticket from yatra which i then cancelled within ** hours so the airline involved refunded me the entire amount. Yatra representatives told me it would take ** days for the money to be refunded (website states *-** days). It has been ** days and my money has not refunded. The refund status page reads the same (refund initiated, check after ** hours) for the past ** days. Their customer care number is not reachable (it says the number does not exist) and they aren't replying to emails either. Any and all attempts at contacting them even through their social media pages too has been in vain.
