I had a flight booking with yatra from bangalore to kolkata. On **th april i was supposed to travel but due to lockdown extension i couldn't. My flight got cancelled. After zillion follow ups with yatra, it initiated me the refund into the yatra e-cash. I asked for the refund into my banl account but they did what they felt like doing instead of listening to the customer. I again mailed them that i am dire need of my money and want to get it refunded it in my bank account and not in ecash. They sent me a mail stating about the advantages of user money. After that i again mailed and they said they have informed the concerned department and will get back. Now i am seeing that the e-cash has also been deducted from my account which i haven't used at all and no money into my bak account. I am really fed up with what yatra is trying to do.
I just need my own money back. Yatra just send my money into my bank account ASAP!
