I have booked Bangalore to Goa holiday package on ** th Feb **** in Make my trip.
But due to covid case rise, I cancelled on **th Feb, ****. Total amount paid is ***** INR and as per MMT cancellation policy, **** rupees will be considered as cancellation charges if I cancel before Feb**th ****.
Since I cancelled on **th Feb,
I need to receive ***** INR excluding cancellation charges but I have not received till date from them. Iam unable to contact customer care also. No proper response when I send emails.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
