Maneesh filed complaint against Paytm on Feb 10, 2021
My Name is Maneesh Rao. I had booked a ticket from Gaya to Pune from Paytm app. My flight (AirIndia) got cancelled due to covid pandanmic. After a few days I contacted AirIndia to get my full refund amount. They told me that we have added(AirIndia) a acknowledgement to Paytm so they can give you a full refund.
After That I have contacted Paytm to give my refund but each time they are sending automated emails and state that they are working on it.
This is going on for the last six months. I called to Paytm many times. Each time they replied the same we are working on it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
